  6. Ever heard of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)?  Well, it's what you can
  7. get  if you spend a lot of time using a computer without breaks and if
  8. the equipment you are using is not setup ergonomically.  RSI is bloody
  9. painful  and can if left un-treated ruin your computing career or your
  10. enjoyment of computing in general.
  11.  
  12. RSIBreak  is  designed  to  reduce  your  chances  of  getting  RSI by
  13. reminding  you  to take regular breaks and thus breaking up the amount
  14. of continuous typing you do on your Amiga.
  15.  
  16. There  are  loads of these programs on the Mac and PC and so I thought
  17. it  was  about  time that the Amiga community got one to.  If you have
  18. RSI  or  are worried about getting it, download this program right now
  19. and get it installed on your Amiga.  Hopefully you wont regret it...
